my friend has the camos but his license transfer is not ready yet. can i get them to where i can always have access without being on his account?

one way that is a sort of way around it is to let him recover your account and place the camos on all the guns , only thing is if you change the camo when you recover it later they will go but when you get your account back it will have them but not as a downloaded item

How I did was, go into black ops ,clicked on shop then went to skin packs and re downloaded
