It's clear you're not a registered developer, you've tried to access the beta by downloading iOS 7 from the internet.
You're going to need to put your iPod into dfu mode and restore it in iTunes, you need to go back to iOS 6.
You're going to need to put your iPod into dfu mode and restore it in iTunes, you need to go back to iOS 6.
- Plug your device into your computer.
Turn off the device.
Hold the Power button for 3 seconds
Hold the Home button without releasing the Power button for 10 seconds
Release the Power Button but keep holding the Home button
Keep holding the Home button until you are alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode

No. The reason this is happening is because your update is out of date,
you need to download beta 5 update it, then once you are updated update to beta 6
in settings, iOS 7 Beta 6 is not available for download because it is
and Over the air update
And main way to update is to have your device registered as a dev
if you aren't a dev you shouldn't have iOS

Nah this error is for users that are not registered with a developers account
and it means there beta version of iOS 7 has expired and needs to be updated
