Yes it will fit, if this is for gaming, the i7 is pointless.

It is for gaming but also rendering and editing..is it still good for gaming? I know it has hyper threading which is better for rendering ect. Is the gaming experience side the same?

Yes it will perform nearly identically the same as an i5. But this s a nice build.

Thanks man probably gonna upgrade ram in the future and add another memory device..and ubgrade the GPU to the one above haha:') which CPU cooler then?

I wouldn't suggest a CM Hyper 212 as Haswell gets mighty hot when overclocking and it probably won't handle much.

I'd say either a Phanteks PH-TC14PE, a Noctua NH-D14 or a Thermalright Silver Arrow SB-E. If you wanted a closed loop water cooler then the H80i is probably the only one in your price range unless money isn't an issue.
