Sorry to bother you guys but I kinda of need your help
I locked my iphone and I forget my passcode and is there anyway that I can get trough it without downloads or Buying anything

do a restore through itunes and it will be fine

Put your device in DFU Mode, you can't actually just press restore cause it has a passcode on it.

After it is in DFU mode just restore and there you go
