So I found a iphone 5 and it says lost blah blah blah... And it has a passcode. Is there anychance I can remove the code to actually use the iphone? Note, the apple ID that was currently on the phone wasn't my own

The phone may be linked to a findmyiPhone account, besides, I'm going to help you steal a phone.

If linked to the findmyiPhone app, the owner will be able to track the phone, lock and disable the phone, even wipe it completely. If so, you won't be able to recover it.
