As Cortex said, The constant cracks does not look well and the background is bland. The one thing that could look good but is put in badly is the ring around the letters, Even though i don't like the "Space theme". All of the letters are huge and cover the whole so called "Logo" keep it abbreviated, It's a logo not the teams name (Assuming it's a YT team).

Implement something new and how about not in 3D.

3/10, Better luck on the next one.

To begin, I think the thought/concept was quite creative, in a way.

I see red lighting in some areas. I'm guessing that lighting is suppose to be radiating from the lava perhaps? If this is the case, it should not be on the left right side of the F. The light should also pass through the scene a bit, with a very low transparency. Also, the T shouldn't really be getting hit that much, if at all, considering the E is in the path of the O and T.

The rocks flying would look nice if you make them appear as if they were coming from the O. To do this just erase the rocks that are in front of the E, and make the sizing smaller as you move more to the right.

Now to the texturing. The texturing is a bit strong. The cracks should vary more, and not repeat as much (as stated by others). There is also some very harsh transition lines of the textures where you should have blended them with a soft brush.

Shadowing. It appears the O has a bit of shadowing at the bottom. If you're going to add shadowing to the O, add it to the rest of the characters, as well as the entire image.

It's good but not great.. Nice work, but I don't like it to much for my taste.

Definitely work on the materials.
The cracks repeat. And on the red parts, you should have light coming from the cracks.

Also, either your materials are very low quality, or your render settings are bad.
Because the whole things looks very low quality.

You should work on lighting, too.
And randomizing the floating objects a bit more.

The background is also very low quality.
I'd suggest a high quality fractal instead of an image.

On a positive note, I really like how it cracks off into smaller chunks on the text.
