Because it's a really uncommon site and he won't get banned right away like twitch if even at all..

I chose a Russian site because DMCA only applies to american servers so I won't get banned or at least as fast as I did on twitch.

From now on I am going to do some campaign missions, so if you don't want to be spoiled leave now.
