Anyways OP: I'm really not sure what I could say would be the worst way to die except for maybe slowing being ate alive by mice or something.

Choking. Your seriously just losing oxygen & knowing your eventually going to die. Just my opinion.

Dying in a fire is what I reckon would be the worst way to die for me personally.

While getting eaten by a python or being tortured is no way to go, do remember that the worst kind of death is one that, by all accounts, could have been prevented. I say this is the worst way to die.

Correct me if i am wrong but don't they just inject you and then you die with out any pain?

Probably getting shot. You will have the pain of that, then you will be bleeding like mad so you will feel dizzy and wanna pass out.
I would say falling but your body knocks itself out so you don't feel the pain :|

I would have to say getting burned alive has to be the worst
