If you flashed it in xell It could be a bad flash. If you did kv.bin from the hdd root you shouldn't get that issue. If you cant boot xell nor your console turns on @5kmods for re flashing of your nand.

Obviously something was done during the flashing or kv swap incorrectly but not to rule out a possible Fake/Bad Keyvault.

You'll need to reflash with a Programmer now.


I think it was a fake Keyvault.
