Dislocated my shoulder several times, dont really suggest popping it back in yourself as it didnt go to well for me!

Got a trapped nerve in my shoulder which led to muscle spasms in my back and shoulders which caused minor winged-scapula which isnt very pleasant!

Not too bad anymore but excruciating whenever my shoulder slips!

I've never broke anything before, But almost some guy tripped me and I fell and landed on my wrist twisted, or when I was 5 I was running in the house and I hit my head against the edge of a desk.

All of my joints locked up from sitting in the same place playing call of duty for to long.
But on the real when I broke my arm or got a huge rip out of my leg.
Both riding my dirt bike.

Well this is the stupidest way to break your nose. So i was watching tv on a high chair. I was sitting indian style. so i try to look under the chair( a sticker) and it flipped over, and i broke my nose. Blood went everywhere and it was all purple. It was so embarrassing.

I was running and ended up running into a dresser. i hit it so hard that it gave me a dent in my forehead the size of a pea and i still have that dent on my forehead to this day (7 years ago).
