I'm trying to set up an iTunes account on my iPad. I'm trying to do it for a canada region so I can download the Boom Beach app but I don't have a credit card. How would I set it up without a credit card?

Fake credit card info. Other than that, you cannot.

Actually what you can do is make an itunes account but when it asks for your age, put any age between 18-13 and then you will not need a credit card or any card or billing info at all.

Log out on an account in the appstore, find a random app and click download. It will ask to login or sign up. Choose sign up and fill ya information and chek if its says Credit card: No Credit card.
Done.
