when i get my xbox one thursday night will i be able to play with my friends on 360 or is it a whole different game ?

99% sure the guy at gamestop said that the xbox one users can play with 360 users. Don't see how, doesn't make any sense to me but that's what he said.

man so far with the xbox one it feels like its gonna get ruined fast i cant chat with my friends or play with them i hope Microsoft fixes this

Xbox One and Xbox 360 users cannot do anything together besides send messages back and forth. I think Microsoft went over this, but can't think of the video they did it in. I would think because the games should be different versions and the chat isn't ran by Skype on the 360 like it is on the One.
