I'm looking for the most optimized Intel based system for under 400 pounds / 600 dollers

I found that rendering video is a lot faster with intel but then what about live streaming
- I am a graphic designer and video editor and also like to play games so its hard to decide !

You do know it's only faster with an i7 because of its hyperthreading properties? And did you also know an i7 would cover over half of your budget?
