Probably about a 6/10. The C looks slightly misformed. Aside from that, I would just put your flares behind the text to stop it going over the P and add some things around the edge of your text rather than what looks to be a glow just to neaten it up a bit. Also put the layer style of your flares on overlay, it stops it from looking as it if has been stretched larger than it can handle
