The game In general: Better link up play, I like to play like say Arsenal not just through balls over the top.

I think they should exploit Clubs more, I feel that is growing excessively.

Create a ranking up system for you club, where you unlock loads of things, start at Sunday league pitch and unlock things like corner flags, stands etc then grow into a massive stadium like the Bernabau. Earn kit sponsors things like that, ATM it means nothing winning the league but they could improve it loads, but they won't due to not earning as much money as UT

Aswell update all the customisation, haircuts etc have stayed the same since 11 and there's loads more hairstyles e.g Fuseys haha, include different run ups for Free kicks and penalties.

There's loads they could improve.

UT having no chemistry except for postions, you could have a squad of anybody. it maybe be abused and OP but i would still prefer it.
Its not really building your own ultimate team if you have to have certain player with others in order to get full chemistry

Generations for H2H or kick off. I know this will be hard for ea to go so far back because of licensing but playing with Barca the 2008 squad or Man United 1998 squad ( ratings change as well)

Not really game play related but I was saying to my friends the other day, I would really like to see cameras go through the streets before the game and seeing all the fans, obviously this is a bit too much..
