I mean i sort of understand what theyre getting from to still keep the law of the drinking age, but at the sametime, I'm trained to kill people but yet i cant have a simple beer.

Its horrid that if someone is aloud to risk their life for their Country they are not aloud to drink.

This video is completely true, even though I am not 21, I know If I were to get to serve my country my dad and grandparents would even serve me a drink. The least they should be able to do is enjoy themselves after going through hell while fighting for our country. Most people probably think servicemen should be aloud to be served a drink, just most wont go out of their way to get in trouble with the law to buy one for them when they are going out of the way by risking their life. It really doesn't make sense.

i agree with this video. Soldiers are risking their life protecting this country and they come back and cant sit down for 1 drink? wow

People that are of the age are getting kicked a ton for DUI's. If they do change the age, maybe it will increase the numbers? or not? If youre in uniform with any alcohol in you, youre getting in BIG trouble, and if youre underage with that in your system, automatically kicked out of the military, no questions asked. So like i was saying, if people drink with responsibility, i dont see why not.

And if you cant, its going to be your fault for having that big sign above your head saying "I got kicked out of the military for drinking" the rest of your life when youre trying to apply for a job.

Just sayin. Im not disagreeing with you, just adding this onto it.

EDIT* Like "Tygaa" said below me, I mean at first i would say i completely agree, but thats just my young brain saying it. I Agree and Disgree. I can give you all paragraphs on what i think about this but i wont. In fact i know someone thats in the process of getting kicked because he showed up with a little hangover, hes of age.

This topic can go in so many ways it is not even funny. Everyone has their own opinions, there really is not a right or wrong answer. From what I know, your brain is not fully developed until you're 21; reason why the drinking age is specifically 21 (So I have read.)

Do I agree, if you're serving you should be able to drink? Maybe a few but nothing to get them in trouble. Maybe a beer if they ask and that's it. You can get kicked out for hangovers on the job, partying, etc. so it's really not a law issue, it's a military issue. The Army came into my school and said each branch of military has their own government really. Have their own judges and stuff. You do something wrong, you're out, such as drinking. i kinda went a few different ways with this reply, but I'm going to stay neutral to my decision (I agree & Disagree.)
