Apparently they have hotfixed the exploit and some people have spent hours trying to get the mission but its not working so I'm not really going to bother using the exploit but I will occasionally ring Martin and see if he wants to give me The Cleaning the Cathouse mission.

Whenever you call martin you're calling for the last job completed so don't call him. I've been switching from lobby to lobby and that seems to change the mission I receive, but don't call. Just wait until you are given a mission.
