Is there a way to host lobbies without money Only RP?

I was wondering because I already have a ton of money and I just really want the RP.

Nope there is no way besides do a job and send the whole amount from last job to some one else

You can use the Money and RP DNS. And do a RP glitch to boost your level. You will get +7500rp per sec instead of 100rp per sec.
