I don't thing it's possible. Their hand are tied in ms support. And they will send you to forum if you call them. I had my x360 banned once and after like 2 months of looking for a solution and calling writing to microsoft I managed to get new one! I traded x360 premium for x360 slim 4gb so I guess if you try really hard there's a chance. Try writing an email not to xbox support but to microsoft customer manager, write stuff like "In home we're using your software for almost 8 years" "We're very happy with your products" etc.
It worked for me
