Something that has really annoyed me over the past few months is people who vouch just for the post count. It is incredibly annoying because you can't tell who is legit and who is not. People who have never done business with that user just say "This user is legit 100% don't hesitate to buy from him " It is a simple thing that just gets on my nerves every time I see it happen. If you have done business with a user than sure why not vouch for them to reassure other users. But when you're just post boosting then don't do it.

The following 1 user thanked AlmightyHelix for this useful post:

I've seen that around lately more than ever. Which is kind of irritating.

Same here,
I have seen multiple users I can name off the top of my head right now that boost there post count with it. It's really annoying in my opinion.

I agree completely. So many pointless vouches. I've had people who haven't ever done a deal with me vouch on my topic.

There has been numerous instances of individuals who will have enough nerves to send me a friend request; and then request me to vouch for them. Great rant.

It is incredibly annoying. I agree. Just the other day some guy was selling a spider man Xbox 360 controller and then the first 6 posts were all "this guy is legit 100%" and then I noticed that he had his name written on the picture using the paint tool. So I searched up Spider-Man controller for Xbox 360 on google and found the same picture he used in his post on google so he was clearly scamming and a bunch of dumb post boosters could have cost someone a lot of money if I wouldn't have pointed it out.

That actually made me laugh, people can be extremely gullable.
I just got a IM from someone wanting me to vouch and telling me to vouch for no reason.

Yeah that's what I think this user I caught did as well I'm pretty sure he went around and PMd people to vouch and what's even more funny is that he joined about 3 days ago and had 28 posts
