Just go about it like this. Dont imagine it as one big build that has to be put together in 30 mins. If you think of it that way u more chance of rushing and going wrong. Do research on it ans whats the best way for you to do it. Imagine it like this. you put the mother board in the case and line it up with the holes for the stand-offs (may already be in depends on the case) when lined up screw in the stand-off place ur motherboard on top of it, line it up and screw the remaining screws needed for your motherboard

Whats best, installing mobo then adding CPU etc to it or adding CPU etc to mobo then install it in the case?

Put the CPU in first.

Always do an external build outside the case to make sure nothing is DOA.

Prep it before putting it in the case its alot easier to work with outside the case so put in ur ram,cpu and heatsink outside the case then later on install the GPU When inside the case as its the only way to do so.

Ok, so il install RAM and CPU outside case then install GPU once its all screwed in.

DOA = Dead On Arrival.


Means if 1 part is dead, you can send it back without having to disassemble the whole PC.

DOA: Dead On Arrival.
Some PC parts don't work out of the box due to manufacturing error or some other errors.

Don't put the motherboard in the case yet, do as much of the build as you can out of the case before you drop it in.
