For all of u people who don't know yet, turtle beach is making an adapter for your chat wire.
Step 1: Plug in USB from your headset to the xbox one. There is one on the left side and two on the back.
Step 2: Plug in your RCA plugs into the AUDIO OUT Jacks. (this is because the xbox one does play sound in an analog way like the 360)
Step 3: Go to your "TV and Audio settings" If you have turtle beaches, go to this website to see which headset is compatible with optical DTS sound.

Note: if you get no sound, make sure to keep on pairing ur headset while trying other RCA jacks. Every TV is different. Also remember that this will give you game audio. You won't get chat audio unless you soldier your headset with the xbox one headset or you get the chat adapter from turtle beach when it comes out.

It should as long as you plug it into the audio out jacks.

I plug in my wireless thing via usb and no power goes to it

So I got power to the reciever and plugged my red and white into the left and right audio but there is no sound
