Just bought a new computer and it seems to not wanna be able to run LOL.
I even played it on one of the worst laptops and it was fluent.
However on a new computer it just doesn't want to work.
The Graphics card is Radeon HD 8470 + 8570D dual graphics.
With 6gb RAM and an AMD Quad core so there is no reason it shouldn't run. it just doesn't make sense anyone able to help?

Have a look in your settings, is it at a locked frame rate?
Have you downloaded the latest drivers for your Video Card?
Go to start menu -> type device manager -> display adapter -> right click properties -> drivers tab at top -> update driver
Or just go the amd site and download the drivers from there.
