I hear you can but you have to pay a fee.... My friend said you can but you have you cant install game... I dont know what to believe i cant find the direct answer online ... Someone help ,e please n thanks

Yes you can. Gamestop sells used Xbox One games and my buddy picked one up and it works just fine. They reversed their DRM policies a while back ;)

You can play used games on the Xbox One. It's the exactly the same as it was on the Xbox 360.
