prestige problem

So I finished the 3rd guy lvl 60 and recieved the background and emblem, but when I go to my next guy(4th) I still have the same emblem as the 3rd guy. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix this? I have uninstalled & installed. Done the hard reboot as well. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Its the same for me :/ Im 9th my badges go 1 2 3 3 5 6 7 8 9..
you will still be 4th it will just show a 3rd prestige logo.
