On my steam account I have uninstalled 5 games.

Saints row 2 (doesn't work)
Hitman:Sniper Challenge
Spiral Knights (Appeared from nowhere)
And Company of Heroes (as the New Steam Version downloaded)

Is there any way I can delete these off my library so they are not there and have the option to install? Or can I send them to someone?

Im not sure why you'd even want to delete them off your library since you paid money for them. But no, I'm not aware of a way to gift them to other users once redeemed yo your account. And I'm also not aware of anyway to delete them from your library.

To uninstall the game, right click on its entry in the library and click "Delete Local Content". They will be grayed out when uninstalled.
