Yes, but bare in mind left for dead 2 is an oldish game. So a lot of Pcs can run it.

EDIT: you'll be able to max it out surprisingly.

Thanks for the advice guys, i think i'm gonna buy that card and if it's dreadful i will upgrade later...

The 5450 is hardly an upgrade from integrated. The R7 240 is a bit faster than the 6670 so it's as good as you can get for around 50 GBP.
