If I put my legit account on my JTAG and it was on mu Xbox one. If my kv gets banned on my jtag will it banned my one too? I don't care about my account just the Xbox ONE!

Your jtag getting banned has no relevance whatsoever to any other console. Using the account on both systems can get your profile banned though.
I've seen people being console banned on the 360 after modding with jtags though. This wasn't because of their KV being banned, but because MS thought of them as threats and nuisances. While this is unlikely it'll happen to you, and while I've never heard of anyone's one being banned because of this, you do it at your own risk.
