The monitor, keyboard and mouse are not going to be included in the PC build price they will be bought separately. But your suggestions for which ones I should get would help.

Thanks alot man! Would going upto 16GB of RAM be a available with this setup? And do you have any recommendations on monitor, keyboard and mouse?

Yes, the motherboard and CPU can handle up to 32GB.
As for Peripherals, I have a few favourites that I use.

Along with that I use a 24" television for my computer, ps3 and satellite. It's super convenient.
Mouse: Anker Gaming Mouse. Great price and a Great mouse.
