Ok so when i go to play rust my screen will turn of flicker no HDMI input then it will restart my PC any idea why this is doing this.



Yep got this again i think my GPU is packing in

Try updating your GPU driver, also check your GPU and CPU temperatures when you are playing. If your PC is shutting down/restarting because it's getting too hot, it might be worth to clean your PC a bit (remove dust from components, fans and heatsinks).
