I recently bought this Jtag from a guy off this forums just got it today got it set up I turned it on but only the middle green light turns and and I can hear the fans. but no signal is being sent to the TV.. The motherboard is Xenon and the console looked pretty beat up when I got it out of the box there's a couple crayon markings and smudges of something and some scratches. Also the disk drive does not open. I am pretty disappointed with the purchase and it is my first Jtag I've had. If you have any suggestions please help me.

P.S. I don't know if this is the right forum for this post since the other Jtag support thread was closed.

The console is most likely a rgh then

Rgh does the same thing as jtag just a different method, it is a glitch instead of a sure thing

Xenon take forever to glitch if they ever glitch
So they will turn on (power button lights and fans spin) but they don't boot to the dashboard for hours
Contact the seller and ask if it is a rgh

If so
Unfortunately the boot times are what they are, long and unstable

I highly doubt someone will sell a xenon RGH as they are horrific on boot times is there a red light that you can see inside the console? if not then its a jtag

It being a xenon probarly needs a reflow or reball i suggest contacting him to repair it or try a repair yourself

If you have a nand reader of any sort flash back the original nand (disconnecting jtag wires) it will give you RROD and get the secondary error code and google it if it boots then the jtag instal was bad

Sounds like you may have been ripped off or just a bad flash?

Make sure it is a J-Tag or a RGH.

Make sure all wires are solder right and snug.
