Unfortunately you cannot directly modify your online character, what you can do is transfer mods that you have done in singleplayer, into online

The cars you are able to mod yourself that is the whole point of this, but you are able to get some of the un-obtainable cars in it such as the one from the first mision, you get these types of cars by looking for them in the drop down menu for cars

That's what I thought but I see some sick modded cars on some YT channels and I didn't know if they were a separate download, and my friend has a car that u can hold onto the sides of? He said it was modded but idk how to get it

Just look through the cars for ones you havnt seen, and as for the car where you can hold onto the sides that is a police suv
