He said for server sided games. Incase you havent worked out by the name of 'LocalIAPStore', its only for LOCAL games, not server sided.

Zynga poker is not hackable in any way as each time you connect it syncs your data with the server however (unless it has been changes as of the past few months) Real Basketball doesnt even require a jailbreak and can be hacked just by swapping out a gamesave in a program such as iFunbox

Hacking server sided games isn't something you can just easily do on your phone. it takes a lot of work and most of the people that can do it don't waste their skills on IOS games.
