You can't give anyone money in GTA unless it's via Sharkcards!
Only other way to give someone money is doing missions and then splitting the cash after the mission is done!

Cant you just take out the amount of money the player wants and then the guy calls a mugger on you and the guy kills the mugger for the cash? or will that not work?

The most the mugger gets is 2000
I have had 22 Million in my pocket and someone mugged me and all they took was 2000
