Your the one that glitched/boosted your level. Bungie are trying to make the game fair as possible. They dont want people to boost their credits and buy everything within a month or two. Unlike Call of duty were 1000's of people have boosted/modded their level.

Your the one that exploited the game.
Your the one that gets the ban.
No one forced you to do it.
Dont cry and moan when you get punished.

LoL @ all the kids complaining about the Bungie abusing the ban hammer. Especially those kids that are like, "But I only used it once!!!"

Congrats, you cheated one time, go caught, and punished for it. Suck it up. Part of cheating is dealing with the consequences when you get caught. Just like people that get their consoles or LIVE accounts banned, it happens for a reason.

Not like there aren't going to be more ways to boost later down the road, and then another set of people being banned.

PS. Do you really want a game that doesn't monitor their players like MW2. The same guys, with the same mods, have been on the top of the leaderboards for months and months now, and will probably remain there forever. I'm not saying I don't mod, or that I don't boost, just saying, if you get caught, deal with it, it's your fault.

Like several thousands of players I got reset for boosting. At first I was really pissed. But I got over it because I realized I have like 20 games to play and I'm getting Black Ops and Assassins's Creed Brotherhood in November. Sure I saved up my credits since the first day it came out. But in Bungie's eyes a boosted credit infects the rest. So so long Bungie and hello Treyarch. Plus they should have at least given us a warning. :arrow:
