I'd look at changing a few things on that list; the cooler and the motherboard are both expensive items used for overclocking, but the processor you chose cannot overclock.
Also the power supply is overkill and you could get away with a good 450w supply to power that system. If you can't/don't want to make those changes, then yes the system will run fine and you'll get a good lifespan from it.

what if i get a 600w corsair cx power supply and intel core i7 4770? would that help any?

Well assuming the 600w is cheaper then yeah, it wont affect performance but it would help you save money. As for the 4770, you'd have the same issue with the non-overclockable processor with overclockable motherboard. If you want to overclock then get a Intel processor with a "K" at the end, or get a different motherboard. If you like that cooler that is fine, but you can just use the stock one and get away with it.
