Its impossible. You cannot unban somebody. Don't even waste your time trying to. It will not happen.

You should keep that reward for yourself and start a new profile. Luckily that the current games + DLC you have on your HDD from your old account can be accessed on games by your new account. Don't delete if you will want again in the future. Sorry to hear, happened to me twice and console banned. We all know that risks of doing something wrong and Microsoft will always find out no matter how stealthy.

Add curse words in ur bio through computer make sure ur in mobile version when ur doing it only works someimes then have 10 ppl report you and u should be good thats what I did when I got banned.
