Yeah I suppose you're right in a way but I don't think it's my patience that's the problem it's EA's competence or rather their incompetence that's the problem.

When I was naive in FIFA 13, I went onto a fake web app and lost my whole UT which was valued at around 200k at the time.

This was around the middle of October, I told EA the players I lost and at about the end of January they game me 500k in compensation.

Does take them a while, look at their twitter feed and people are constantly saying they have been hacked and what not and remember some people lie to EA and try to get stuff which doesnt work half the time and EA end up wasting their time investigating their case.
