check your launch.ini and see if xbdm is saved as a plugin in the file

Couple things.
when you save your launch.ini make sure you save it on the HDD
I have my XBDM as pluggin one
BE SURE when you start up your console, unplug the USB from it. when i had mine plugged in, it would launch a ini from my usb

He is alright now, guys.
I got this problem solved for him, and it was due to not having the launch.ini on the root of his HDD.
