I dont know what to get and I dont know which is better
Honestly, I'd say neither. It seems to me you're after a gaming PC and I'd high advice you to get a quad core. But it depends on your budget. For a nice gaming PC, I'd say look at about 500.
But if none of that concerns you, I'd say the first one. The stuff just seems nicer than amazon and the case is nice.

The Won From Amazon is better but I would buy it, save up again and get a new graphics card for it, and power supply.

if you are wanting to be playing modern'ish games on decent settings. Seriouslys these PCs are bad.
ID STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO BUILD YOUR OWN.
You will save a lot of money, not get ripped off, not have cheap parts and you will know exactly what's in there!
Anyone can build a pc all you need is a bit of research! Don't start building until your relatively confident though! YouTube is a great way to learn how to build a pc but the manuals/guides that come with the components are really easy to understand as well as being clear!

They're are almost identical, but I wouldn't recommend them for gaming. You'll be able to play some Source games with the A6 APU, but that's about it. It'd also save you a decent amount of money building it yourself. I'd save up and go with an Intel build, the FM2 socket is dead and only serves for low-end CPUs. Not only that, but Intel has a better variety of CPUs per socket than AMD does. You're also going to need a GFX card, but that will come down to personal preference. Trust me, save up and get a good PC that you won't have to upgrade any time soon, you'll thank yourself later.
