Completely depends on your play style which one will suit you the best.
Pros and cons of each:

Ibrahimovic:
Pros:
> Will outmuscle any defender put in his way
> Can do any and all skill moves, and dont have to worry about being pushed off the ball.
> His shot is unreal.
> He will score a header 2 out of 3 good crosses.
Cons:
> He is slow, so overhead through balls wont be your friend.
> He is difficult to build a good team around.
> He is a love him or hate him player, if you dont absolutely love him, you will HATE him.

Neymar and Messi
Pros:
> Both very fast with close ball control, easy to dribble head on to defenders.
> They both have incredible pace, overhead through balls will be your friend.
> Both at same team, good chemistry and good league, easy to build around.
> They both have very very good finishing and will put most goals in within 20 yards.
Cons:
> Both very weak, if you have to run alongside a defender you will lose out.
> Useless when it comes to crossing and headers.
>both suit CAM roles more than strikers.

Soooo: if you're the kinda guy that plays 1-2 overhead passes then neymar and messi are your guys.
But if you like intricate play, dirbbling and crossing ibra is your man.

On any other fifa i would say neymar left and messi right so you can cut in and finesse but since cross goal shots are OP on this game i'd put messi on the left and neymar on the right
