That's a low end one, you will bearly be able to play much, turn your settings down to as low as you can get them, or buy a better pc/laptop.

I have it on lowest setting but I really cant play if I cant see the ground or move around right :/

This happened to me too, I ended up trying a hacked-client on a private server, it messed up the vision on my minecraft account, and now I most likely will have to buy a new account and you most-likely will too.

If you went on to a hacked client then it would only corrupt your game client not your account. Just un-install and re-install.

Most people who have this graphics issue have bad video cards, but their is a possiblity that a hacked server could mess it up via game cache or other inffected files.
