Okay so before I start saying things please don't criticize me for not knowing or judge me

So..

Ill be sending in my Falcon Xbox 360 for Rgh2
I've heard it's tricky to start so I was wondering if anyone would give me a full description on how to work a Rgh2 Falcon Xbox 360 I've also heard in order to get it to work you have to boot it up a couple times is that true?
Also have heard it has horrible boot times is that still true if I'm buying from @salamods?
Like will he make my experience for my modded Xbox 360 better if I need to be more descriptive then ask me things that you guys need to know thanks

A console's bootup time isn't based off of who you bought it from.

Your console may shutoff a few times, but not always.

Your console's boot time depends on what's inside and the model.
My Jasper R-Jtag has a 4.2 second boot.

If you don't mind waiting a week or two, the CR4 XL is almost finished, this will mean insta-boot on the majority of consoles, on the latest dash.

The CR4 XL hasn't been released yet, but it should be out within the next 2 weeks or so, if you wait, then I'm sure he'd use the CR4 XL for you to get great boot times. You'd be better PMing SalMods and asking him what kind of boot times he gets with RGH2 Falcons. If his boot times are good, just go for it. If you think, they're a bit long, wait until the CR4 XL is released and ask him to install that for you.

SalaMods has great boot times with his phat rgh2 consoles. Normally he gets them under 30 seconds everytime

Hardware is the main thing for boot times

But the installer also matters if you dont know the little tricks to get boot times down then the install does matter
