i have a water damaged iphone 4 would i be able to take the screen out and put it in another iphone or would it not work? thanks

The screen has nothing to do with the phone being water damaged, i believe it should.

If you take the screen off and clean it then the screen should be ok, the water inside of the phone is what has resulted in it to break. Wipe the condensation off the screen if it has any and then put that screen on to another phone.

If it was damaged very recently I would recommend putting it in a pack of rice as the rice will soak up the water that is in and around the phone. Although if it has been a while then it may not work as we'll.
