Does anyone else get gooey irritated eyes from gaming too much? I played a lot the last two days and woke up to find my eyes were sealed shut by the gooey substance. This isn't anything new for me as if I play too much it happens.

I'm curious to if this happens to anyone else, or if anyone knows a quick cure rather then staying in bed for 2 days straight and trying to keep your eyes closed till it goes away like I'm doing now, thanks!

It's probably because your eyes are watering then crusting up, Gunnars relieve stress on the eyes while gaming. Try buying a pair.

Hmm, that hasn't happen to me yet thankfully. I don't think I play enough for that to happen to me to be honest. I do however sometimes get major migraines after playing for a measly amount of hours. Hence the reason why I don't typically play very much

This is very true, however if he decides not to take breaks those are the equivalent.

Agreed. Ive never gotten anything like this. I just take a break every 45ish min and talk to my parents and grab a soda or a bite to eat.

Sometimes I'll get on at noon and get off at midnightish. Maybe 3-4 breaks during that time. Should make more breaks I guess

Its really healthy. It doesnt have to be often. Every hour even, you'll notice immediately. Get in the habit of doing so. If you need to, make an alarm. Games are hard to pull away from. Good luck

I've been there my fiend. But those were back in the day when i played Zombies till 7 am in the morning.

I never really payed attention to it much from what i recall. I just washed my face once then again a few minutes after my eyes started burning again. I guess you can try some Eye drops, but i would recommend putting down the controller for a FULL day and just do something else. I know it seems hard to do with all the excitement Video games bring us but is ruining your eyes for a game really worth it??

Just take some time off, its not the end of the world you can always talk to your friends later. Take it from me when BO1 came out i was so Pumped for zombies and getting those high MP ranks(Gold Guns) i didn't leave my room for days Until school started again. I literally could't go outside without my eyes hurting my eyes were so dilated
