The only action taken against my account has been a 2 week ban and a 9999 one on my third account.

I suppose it's luck! And if you post your gamertag everywhere asking for invites. I dislike the XBLPET quite a bit at times :arrow: but i suppose they are just doing their job :/.

When you pay for xbox live you don't own anything from it. you're basically borrowing it. If you break there rules it's not taken lightly.

I some times agree that they should not be permanent, but it is the rules, if you break them, you get suspended. Just like on here. But I agree with you at times.

Yea what he said, You can be banned got joining mw2 challenge lobbys even if you get in them by accident, But you're right the enforcement team is a bit corrupt

They're doing their job, and 99% of xbox live wont have any issues with them, it's the select few like yourself who go looking for trouble, who will ultimately find trouble.

Yeah. But on Mw2 you have to do that B menu, select options etc. Most people would leave. You broke the rules and you got caught so they're a joke? Nah. They did was you agreed to.
