It's not fake.
If you don't know why it isn't working you do not deserve to have CFG.

**** dipshit leechers.

IF you look at the file path you'll see
"/MW2/MODS.cfg"
Which tells you it doesn't execute from the ROOT of your usb it only executes from the "MW2" folder.
Not only that it executes "MODS.cfg", just move your files to that path and rename button_defaults.cfg to "MODS.cfg" there you go... You have a brain might as well use it.
