Got it working Sorry I didn't comment earlier, had issues with my USB so had to learn to ftp stuff over xD

Wait wait wait. So I already updated to the latest dash. Do I have to do it again using this xeBuild in order for my dashlaunch to work?

yes you will same process as earlier. Open nand in this xebuild, enter cpukey, generate hacked nand and flash it
