i updated to 16747 with xe build, put the updflash.bin back on my usb,put it on flash360 folder, re wrote nand. pressed back, back, back to shutdown and when i turn it on, it boots like where the microsoft logo spins in then shuts down automatically? but when i take the HDD out, it works fine.

Take out the HDD. Put Flash360 on a USB, Nothing else, Dump your NAND, go to xeBuild, Open flashdmp.bin, Put CPUKey in, Set Kernal to 16767, Generate Hacked image, put updflash on USB, Go to Flash360, Flash NAND.

Do you have server files on there? That may be the reason.
