I remember when like no one had this achievement and it was very rare to get but Ive been checking my friends compare games and it seems everyone has it now? Did they give it to everyone or is there still people who do not have it?

No it was very hard to get when the game first came out but there is a lot of people that have it since the Devs had a get together with a lot of players it has spread really quickly
